This week, BarkBox tops Landport’s Favorites list. It’s a delightful company that each month ships out a carefully curated selection of the latest dog-friendly products for your canine companion.

Home delivery has gone to the dogs – literally! Thanks to BarkBox, the convenience of having desirable goods delivered to your door now extends beyond humans and into Dog World.

BarkBox works like this: first, you choose a dog size, second, you choose a plan (monthly, 3-month or 6-month) and third, you receive your BarkBox, which ships the 15th of each month.

According to the company’s website, each BarkBox “contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and occasional hygiene products.” Items are carefully selected by staff members, and are tested by staff member’s dogs.

The company also has a conscience. BarkBox donates 10% of their profits to dogs in need including city and county shelters, low cost spay and neuter programs, and breed specific rescues.
